Let's talk about plums, plumcots, and pluots. First things first, what is the difference between the three, because there must be a difference, right?  Well, yes and no. To be called a pluot or plumcot the fruit must have apricot in the genes. Which begs the question, are these GMO's? The answer is no; there are no GMO plums, plumcots or pluots.
